Our History
Though we're a super small talent firm, with a team of only three people, we've done hundreds of placements since we started out in 2012. We work almost exclusively on a referral basis – while the business started from our founder's own personal and professional network, it has continued to expand organically from there.
We keep a very low profile because our clients are very high profile – they require the utmost confidentiality and discretion from us in hiring.
In addition to high net worth individuals, we work extensively with companies in the tech industry, from small startups all the way up to Fortune 500 companies.
Our Process
Although our focus is primarily on Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant positions, we also hire for a number of other operational roles, including Office Manager, Community Manager, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, Event Planner, and more.
We know how hard people work when job searching and our application process in particular is indeed a challenging one. However, we love getting to know our candidates and we think of the time we spend with them as an investment in their potential – even if we don't have the right role for them right now. Since we hire for so many similar positions, we work very hard to connect our candidates with future opportunities for which they may be the perfect fit.
